Emma's Soft Spot Director's Script

In a series of quick cuts we see Emma swimming hard, running hard and riding her bike hard in a series of tight close ups and long shots.

This is shot in an ‘iron man’ style – with strong emphasis on effort and endurance – showing glistening muscles – arms pumping – legs pushing and sweat on brow etc.

During this sequence we hear a strong clear male voice over say….

“Emma Snowsill is one of  the most awarded female tiathletes in history.

Is it hard training…

Is it hard running…

Or is it sheer hard endurance that makes her so good?

Now we see Emma in a singlet and shorts relaxing after training on the sand dunes. She takes a pack of Party Animals from her back pack and pulls out a snake as the voice over continues…

Actually it’s The Natural Confectionery Company soft jellies.. No artificial colours … no artificial flavours and 99% fat free….

As the voice over says this, we see Emma put the snake in her mouth and stretch it out.
We go back to a medium close up as she says…

I always like to finish with a good stretch!

We then see her smile cheekily and put the end of a snake in her mouth and stretch it out a long way.
